Domestic Shipping (India):

Shipping Costs Based on Cart Value:
- Cart value up to ₹10,000: ₹299
- Cart value between ₹10,001 and ₹20,000: ₹499
- Cart value over ₹20,000: ₹999
International Shipping:

Order Processing:
Our orders are custom-made and may take up to 3 days for production. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for secure delivery.
Tracking Information:
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped, allowing them to track their parcel's progress.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are strictly limited to cases of damage during transit or clear manufacturing defects.
- Customers must report these issues within 3 days of receipt by providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects are not permitted. All exchange requests are subject to our review and approval, and decisions are made at our discretion.
