Cancellations

  • Cancellations are strictly not allowed once payment has been made, except under extremely special circumstances, at our discretion.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued except in the rare cases where an exception to the cancellation policy is granted. This is solely at our discretion and typically only in extenuating circumstances.
  • Products that are defective or not as described may qualify for a refund. Customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt to initiate this process.
